We are growing our North American sales organization and looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive who wants to build a career in enterprise SaaS and technology sales.

About the Role

The Junior Sales Executive will help identify, develop, and progress new business opportunities for Qualityze.

You will work closely with experienced Sales Executives, Pre-Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams while learning how organizations evaluate and purchase enterprise Quality Management software.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, competitive, comfortable speaking with customers, and eager to develop into a successful enterprise software sales professional.

Product and industry training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries and accounts.
• Prospect potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and other channels.
• Follow up on inbound marketing and website leads.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, challenges, timelines, and priorities.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Work with Senior Sales Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers throughout the sales process.
• Participate in customer discovery meetings and solution presentations.
• Learn how Qualityze solutions address customer quality, compliance, and operational challenges.
• Build relationships with Quality, Compliance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with customer proposals, presentations, follow-up communications, and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, activity, and pipeline information in CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to advance opportunities.
• Research target companies, industries, and potential decision-makers.
• Participate in trade shows, webinars, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Quality Management and enterprise SaaS marketplace.
• Work toward individual pipeline, activity, and revenue goals.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, MasterControl, ETQ, TrackWise, Veeva, AssurX, Intelex, Qualio, or other enterprise software solutions is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
