Justification Report

A written case for why a particular decision, request, or investment should be approved. Sometimes a good idea isn't enough. You must show what is working or proven. A justification report lays out the problem, what you're proposing, and what the organization stands to gain. It gives the people holding the budget or sign-off authority something concrete to evaluate.
