1.  Sr Automation Engineer – 3 to 6 Years’ Exp
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Post‐Graduation (MCA) or Engineering in Computers or IT

EXPERIENCE:

3‐6 years of experience in QA Automation and worked on automating Salesforce application.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Testing Tools/Frameworks: Selenium RC/WebDriver/IDE, Junit/TestNG, CI/CD, Salesforce.

Database: Oracle/MySQL

Programming Languages: JAVA, C, XML, HTML5, SQL, Python.

IDE Application’s: Eclipse/IntelliJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Testing the Salesforce Validation Rules, Work Flows and Approval Processes for new Tasks, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements.

Verifying security and sharing rules for different users at different levels of organization.

Creating page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists and VF Pages on a record detail and edit page.

Training and mentoring team members with product knowledge and business processes.

Collaborating with the Automation team in running Regression and Happy path testing.

Should be able to estimate the implementation by performing requirement analysis for both manual and automated testing, Package validation testing.

Interpreting and converting manual test cases into Selenium WebDriver using core Java with TestNG or any other framework into automation functional, integration and regression suites.

Implementing TestNG Annotations and customized Testng.xml for parallel, cross – browser, mobile automation and re‐run fail test cases.

Should have good understanding on Java Oops concepts, Arrays, Threads, Collection framework and File handling.

Ability to write SQL queriesto validate Transaction Testing for front end testing to validate data in back end database.

Supervising Test estimation and approval processes.

Inspect and locate Web Elements from DOM using Dynamic XPath and CSS Selector with Firebug Add‐ons and validate them.

Ability to write libraries, object repositories and upload project file into Git repository.

Well verse with creating User Story, Task, Test Cases and Defects into Jira in every Sprint and covering all test conditions and eliminating redundancy and duplication.

Planning and defining testing approach, provided advice on prioritization of testing activity in support of identified risks in project schedules or test scenarios.

Inspecting web application using Chrome Developer Tools to efficiently track down layout issues, set JavaScript breakpoints, DOM and styles.

Well verse with Agile for Release planning, Iteration planning, Sprint and Backlog.

Project leadership Skillsto Document and do knowledge transfer to other team members.

Involve in setting up different platform based environments like Windows, Mobile and IPad.

Developing batch scripts.

Performance testing through selenium or any other tools is added advantage


2.  Salesforce Development Lead – 4 to 7 Years’ Exp
JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Sr. Software developer/Lead to join our Salesforce team. The team is responsible for the end to end product development – including the APIs and UI for the features, security and performance aspects, As a developer you will collaborate with product managers, quality engineers, and other top‐notch software engineers to design and implement features for our Qualityze Suite of products on force.com platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead feature and architecture design with a major focus on force.com platform.

Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force and application integration patterns.

Have a passion for quality and writing clean,solid, readable code thatscales and performs well.

Adopt, embrace, and promote agile and test‐driven practices with your peers.

Value team excellence over individual productivity.

Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud‐ based business applications, specifically force.com.

Release and Environment Management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.

Participate and promote architectural initiatives, balancing long‐term velocity with short‐ term customer needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Good experience building large‐scale, data‐driven web applications.

Hands on experience on Java.

In‐depth Knowledge of databases and experience with SQL and relational schema design.


3.  Customer Support Lead – 5 to 7 Years’ Exp
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualityze is built on the best‐in‐class Salesforce Platform and we’re seeking to bring a Salesforce Support Engineer to be an integral part of our growing Customer Success team. You are someone who has both extensive experience in customer facing roles and is not afraid to get hands on; debugging complex issues in the Qualityze software, built on top of the Salesforce Platform. As our company and team grows, so do new opportunities! This candidate will be a technical leader in the Customer Success organization who will function as a primary conduit between Customer Success and Engineering

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Help our customers solve complex Salesforce questions/problems

Debug complex issues and be able to quickly discern between configuration issues, product bugs, and Salesforce platform bugs.

Work closely with our QA, Product, and Engineering teams to identify bugs by capturing quality escalations with debugging information and reproduction steps.

Perform basic configuration changes in Salesforce (Modify Permissions, Update Records, Tweak Automations (Process Builder/Workflow Rules/etc.)

Create and manage escalations in multiple ticketing systems

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE (REQUIRED):

5‐7 years of technical customer facing experience (preferably in the SaaS space)

Lead customer support team

Experience with advanced Salesforce tools (Dev Console / Data Loader / Workbench)

Data migration experience using data loader.

Code migration experience using eclipse, visual code or ANT

Experience working with any ticketing system (preferably Jira, Service Cloud and/or Zendesk)

Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem‐solving skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexible to work in different shifts

Strong cross‐functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders

Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM‐201 and/or have previous experience working in Salesforce.

NICE -TO -HAVE:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is a plus

Foundational understanding of relational databases

Familiarity with APIs and how they work ( POST / PATCH / PUT / GET )

Experience with Web Debugging tools ( Postman / Browser Dev Console / Telerik )

Understanding of web technologies ( HTML, CSS, and JS )

Familiarity with SSO Technology (SAML / Oauth)

Previous experience working on a SaaS platform / company

Experience converting processes/fixes into neatly organized content

Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules)

Knowledge of user interface development skills including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Query Language (SQL/SOQL).

Thorough knowledge of object‐oriented design and design patterns.

Understanding of software architecture and large scale systems.

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment; and Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED:

Salesforce Developer Certification.

Experience developing customer‐facing user interfaces.
