Job Brief
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our marketing team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing impactful marketing events - from trade shows and product launches to webinars and corporate meetups, Seminar, Workshops.

Key Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from concept to completion
· Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with marketing goals
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
· Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics efficiently
· Liaise with vendors, venues, and sponsors to ensure operational excellence
· Drive event promotion through digital and traditional marketing channels
· Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics
· Gather post-event feedback and provide actionable insights for improvement
· Collecting Leads from the Trade shows
· Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
· Support the marketing team in campaign planning and brand initiatives

Requirements
· MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in event planning and marketing coordination
· Strong project management and multitasking abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software
· Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends
· Open to travel across the Middle East & Asia---
