X-bar Chart (Statistical Control)

An X-bar chart is a type of Statistical Process Control tool used to monitor the average of a process over time. Paired with an R chart, it recognizes process shifts or volatilities by plotting subgroup averages against calculated upper and lower control limits, typically set at +-3 standard deviations.
